meet Michele

owner & ceo

Michele R. Brown is the Owner and Operator of One Stop Bar Supply. She began her career in the foodservice industry as a teenager shuckin' clams and flipping burgers at long-gone Boggiano's Clam Bar in Rockaway Beach, NY.

Her first full-time job in the industry was in the 14th Street Meat Market, now known as the Gansevoort Market, where people worked long and hard to satisfy their customers. From sales to bookkeeping to managing the entire back office, Michele has done it all. After 15 years working for One Stop the opportunity arose to buy it from its founder, Jim. She jumped on it. With over 30 years experience managing and operating in the hospitality and foodservice industry she knows exactly how to meet the supply needs of service-based businesses, especially bars.

One Stop is committed to providing each of its customers with high-touch service that’s unmatched in the industry. It is their number one priority and something they take tremendous pride in offering. We are conveniently located in North Bergen, New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel with easy access to the George Washington Bridge.
